MedFindNG service terms

MedFindNG helps users find products listed by participating pharmacies and send requests before visiting. MedFindNG does not sell, prescribe, dispense or supply medicines.

Users

Provide accurate contact details. Bring any valid prescription required for a prescription-only medicine. A pharmacy may refuse supply after its own professional and legal checks.

Pharmacies

Keep product and contact information accurate, supply only from properly registered premises, review prescriptions and comply with current PCN and other applicable requirements.

Requests

A request is not a guarantee of supply. It becomes Accepted only when the pharmacy confirms availability. The user marks it Completed after collection.
