What we collect

Account details such as name, email and phone number; pharmacy registration and premises-licence information for pharmacy accounts; product requests and messages; and basic security records such as sign-in activity and IP address.

Why we use it

To provide your account, connect a user with the pharmacy they choose, verify pharmacy participation, keep the service secure, support customer service and meet legal or regulatory obligations. MedFindNG shares request contact details only with the pharmacy selected by the user.

Your choices and rights

You can access and update account information, object to or restrict certain processing where applicable, request portability or deletion where the law permits, withdraw optional marketing consent, and complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the service, legal obligations and dispute handling, and use access controls, encryption in transit and audit records to protect it.

This notice is designed around the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 principles of fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, storage limitation and security. It must be reviewed by the operator's Nigerian data-protection adviser before public launch.
